The research that was done on some of the requirements was crazy and she somehow found out what documents were needed and supplied them to the buyer's realtor. She really knew the area and listened to what we wanted, she provided extra details including house information packets and real life consideration points during house hunting, but she also gave us space when my husband and I needed to discuss. After we picked the house she was on top of every detail and keeping us informed at all times. We were impressed with how she handled challenges with so much investment it was like it was her house. We got in our house quickly and smoothly thanks to her and her team. Unexpected bonus was at closing she also gave us our first house warming present, it was perfect and further showed how well she had paid attention to all the details of what our home meant to us. She always made sure to give us plenty of notice for showings. If there was questions she was right there with an answer. We always felt like she was there for us. Man! I'm glad we went with her and her son. My wife and I are up and down with what we want to what we needed. We bounced from one price to another and locked at all types of homes.
